The benefits of exercise be countless. The positive health results, the amelioration in attitude, even better academic performance are any factors which make not exercising inexcusable.Merely not using a persons body is harmful. Not being active results in a persons muscles becoming weak and out of condition. The potence of a persons heart and lungs go out decrease. A persons joints will become stiff and can be hurt easily. Inactivity can be as much of a health risk as smoking. In addition children have become super lazy with all the entertainment available in this daytime and age. closely Americans watch three and a half hours of television every day.
